Gabriel, thank you for these deep insights. The way you bridge the gap between our emotions and what’s happening physiologically in our bodies is incredibly powerful. It’s good to see you back 'at the surface.' Sending you my best!
Sorry for the delay in answering... Substack is frustrating, it does not send me notification when a new comment is made on a post and that is the only one that matters to me...
Yes, I am back in the saddle, let see where the rodeo goes this time!
OMG, I am so sorry, as I said above "Substack is frustrating, it does not send me notification when a new comment is made on a post and that is the only one that matters to me..."
I had not seen this comment from you.
You have my 100% agreement to share and quote whatever I write. My only purpose is to share what I see and I definitely trust your eye!
I feel grateful when someone shares my work. Most of the time I feel alone and in the dark. I have never been able to comprehend the algorithm and its magic. In fact in the last months my subscribers counts has gone backward... So I am always immensely grateful for references. i am sorry i did not see this before.
And yet such a metaphor for our days. Systems are collapsing and will continue to do so. Slowly awakening many to seek some degree of stability. Maybe they'll find it within.
